By accessing or using DexLink (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Non-Custodial Platform

Oblivium is a non-custodial service. You retain control of your funds through your connected wallet. DexLink does not store or manage user funds.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Engaging in illegal activities.

• Using the Platform for money laundering or financing terrorism.

• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Oblivium is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Oblivium is not liable for losses, including those due to smart contract vulnerabilities, hacks, or user errors.

6. Modifications

DexLink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
